During 2001-2008, he worked at The University of Tokyo, as Researcher for Center of Excellence, Research Fellow, Faculty Member, China Representative for School of Engineering. He devoted to super-high-density tech for microelectronic system, founded International Ecodesign and Microelectronic Packaging Center, created China Office for School of Engineering, initiated Green Electronic International Conference, organized City-University Forum of Asia Advanced University Alliance.

In 2008, he joined TotalEnergies as Chief Scientist for China, Vice President for Asia R&D. He developed and managed 40+ Energy Innovation programs, created TotalEnergies China Scientific Forum with 100,000+ participants.

He has published 150+ papers, lectures, etc. Awarded of Best Paper for International Conference by several times, and No 2 for Sino-France Climate Innovation at COP 21.
